Delivery Policy -UK
For UK deliveries we use an Economy Courier Service and Royal Mail for Extra Small Parcels.
If your parcel is worth more than £20 it will need to be signed for and so you must make arrangements as to what you want to happen if you are not going to be in. (Neighbour, ect). You will receive an email from the courier company and have the chance to give further instructions. The courier will attempt 3 times to deliver your parcel and then it will be returned to me. If this is the case, then unfortunately you will need to pay for shipping again.
We aim to have your order ready for shipping within 3-10 working days (maybe longer during busy periods). All my kits are packed by me and made up to order. I stitch all the complete cushion covers, Christmas stockings and Tote bags myself. The Courier Service aims to deliver within 3-5 working days.

- £11.80 - Large Parcel (eg one large Rug kit)
- £17.50 - Extra Large Parcel (eg Two large rug kits)
- £21.30 - Extra Extra Large Parcel (eg Three ore more rug kits)
Returns Policy
It is very important to us that you are happy with your purchase. However if you are not completely satisfied with your product you may return it within 28 days of receipt (shipping fees to be paid by you). We will refund your money (shipping fees are non refundable) within 10 days of receipt of the item(s).
You will be responsible for returning items in their original condition. Your refund will be processed once products are received.
