Delivery Policy -UK
For UK deliveries we use 1st Class Royal Mail. If your parcel is worth more than £20 it will need to be signed for and so you must make arrangements as to what you want to happen if you are not going to be in. (Neighbour, safe place in some instances can be used, etc). You will receive an email from Royal Mail with your tracking number if your parcel needs to be signed for and should then have the chance to give further instructions.
We aim to have your order ready for shipping within 3-10 working days (maybe longer during busy periods). All my kits are packed by me and made up to order. I stitch all the complete cushion covers and Christmas stockings myself and so this takes a little extra time. We aim for you to receive your parcel within 2/3 days once shipped.
Both a Shipping email and a Tracking email will be sent to you. (Be sure to check your 'Spam' folder).

- £13.50 - Large Parcel (eg one large Rug kit)
- £17.50 - Extra Large Parcel (eg Two large rug kits)
- £35.00 - Extra Extra Large Parcel (eg Three ore more rug kits)

Returns Policy
It is very important to us that you are happy with your purchase. However if you are not completely satisfied with your product you may return it within 28 days of receipt (shipping fees to be paid by you). We will refund your money (shipping fees are non refundable) within 10 days of receipt of the item(s).
You will be responsible for returning items in their original condition. Your refund will be processed once products are received.
