A cushion to match my very popular 'On The Verge' (Wildflowers)' Latch Hook Rug Kit. For the last few years my husband has been planting a wildflower verge along the boundary of our farm as you enter our village. You would think he had enough work to do with our farm but he loves it and says it brings joy to people passing. He is absolutely right! I felt so inspired by the rich colours that I was compelled to design a rug. I felt quite hesitant to begin with as this was Mother Nature at her best but once I got started drawing my Impressionist design took shape. Taking the photos was intoxicating. I couldn't believe how many insects were enjoying them and the low hum of the Bees was hypnotic.
