Outstanding customer service, and this alone would make me buy from Utterly Hooked again. Excellent quality kit materials with efficient delivery. But what "hooked" me were the designs and use of colour, with the added bonus of the potential to adjust border/background. Opening the packaging to see all those wonderful shades was a delight, and I can hardly wait for the few days off over Easter to begin my rug. Thank you so much Clare.
